I had told Croz we were going to watch Thomas and I actually had my camera close because I've been wanting to document how DARLING his reaction is and how excited he gets about it. I told him too soon I guess because I hadn't even taken the DVD out of the case yet but he wanted the case. As D's mom would say, "Crosby DIE for Thomas."
But besides the getting-close-to-two-years-old multi-daily meltdowns, our Frog is 100% angel.
He's a pro at chocolate chip cookies now
He reads on his own quite a bit; finds a cozy spot
How cute. I had given him some grapes, turned around and there he was loading up a grape in his dump truck.
Happiness for Crosby when bedtime rolls around is a cribful of stuffed animals. He has me kiss EACH ONE through the crib slats before going to sleep. Gus is still his #1 favorite, as you can plainly see.
He willingly gives me kisses on demand! And on the mouth... bonus!
Never ever have I touched Hamburger Helper. The little hand cartoon is spooky, the picture on the box of the hamburgery food is even more spooky... D has always wanted it but I just never could go there! Well after seven years of marriage I finally bought some and made it for him. Chili-cheese Hamburger Helper with chili-cheese Fritos on top. Let me guess, sounds like your worst nightmare? IT WAS SO TASTY! Croz dug his hands into the food and fed it to D the other night, ha!
Baby Guy, we love you to pieces! Even if you do need some anger management ;)

Tantrums while edging closer to two years old can go hand in hand! It will pass. Crosby, we love you and look forward to spending time with you on Saturday! We can't believe how quickly you are growning up.
Love, Nan
That would be GROWING up, not growning up!! xoxo Mom
Hey, who doesn't throw a freak-out tantrum now and then?! I love you Crosby.
And that hamburger helper thing kind of sounds delicious - maybe I'll make it but throw out the box so it'll look like I really cooked...for once.
I love seeing kids little things that they love or are good at. For instance, I love Crosby's attraction to multiple stuffed animals. That is so cute. And chocolate chip cookies? So fun. What a cute little guy, and a great mom you are to him!!! I hear ya on the tantrums. They say it gets better with time. {sigh}
Wow! You have the patience of a... well of a mom Lis :) I think that dish sounds lovely - did you know I like chilli cheese fritos too? ;) I can't wait to see you my dear!
Only the fearless, brave and confident parent would post that video! Good on you! Crosby is the man!
