Not too bad I guess since I had to drive out to Sandy for classes that started at 6 am and each morning I was NOT willing to set my alarm any earlier than 5 am! Anything within the 4 o'clock hour = yuck. They turn the heat up to 105 degrees in that room and out of all the poses this one below was one of the hardest because you have to lock your knees while pulling on your heels while straightening your legs while pressing your forehead against your legs while smelling your legs while sweat is pouring inside your eyes while... feeling like you're gonna die!!

The class is 90 minutes and you do 26 total poses, two times apiece. Here is what they look like:

Throughout the past month I have been so thankful for this class. I hit a real rough patch in my life and all I could think about during that funk was just getting myself to class. It's been a bit of a spiritual time for me, and I know I'll be forever thankful for it. Hopefully I can continue, we'll see. If any of you reading are considering this yoga, I truly recommend it. SO MANY BENEFITS! Just be ready to be disciplined and you won't be let down. I love how it is designed to work for EVERYONE. The heat sounds scary but its purpose is to prevent injury, promote more flexibility, and to help sweat those toxins right out of your body. Just think: arms like this may not be too far out of reach! (At least I wish)

For those interested in a few more details...

so is that you doing that crazy pose?! CONGRATS on accomplishing a goal for yourself. I'm glad it was so rewarding for you. Girl, what is this rough patch you are going through?! I can totally relate. I seem to have more "rough patches" now than ever before. And then with the rough comes the very great. Not much in-between these days. Well, if you ever need anything, I'm here!! I would LOVE something like this. However, my discipline right now is in the toilet! Ha! :) Maybe someday I'll have to give it a try. Love ya lots girl.
BLESS YOU! From now on I will be referring to you as... "the amazing-elasta-6am workouts in 105 degrees-wonderful-beautiful-bendy woman!" Or not, I haven't decided yet.
Happy day Croz! Can't wait to see you and give you a squeeze!
wow girl- 22/30 is awesome!! When I graduate, I think I'm going to try this challenge myself (or something similar)... it sounds so scary to me (like I'd pass out scary) but you also make it sound really nice (minus the sweat in the eyes, which made me lol!). See you at the walk tomorrow! Bring your raincoats :)
Way to go Alisa! You have inspired me to give Yoga another chance! Crosby looks sooo grown up with that arm swinging and a banana in one hand, what a cutie! We miss you guys, hope all is well!
