A Sunday with no sun?!

Crosby needed to be fed and diapered around midnight and he was smiling up a storm. He loves to be sung to and as I was conjuring up a tune in my zombie-like state I remembered that today he is 8 weeks old! So I sang Happy Birthday to him just for the fun of it. He was all smiles and I was soaking up every bit but by the time I thought of taking his picture his smile wasn't as intense, so I got one of these:



If I'm doing my math correctly I believe that makes Cros TWO MONTHS OLD! Time's a tickin'.




Crosby is showing signs of growing up such as smiling selectively and noticing ALL that is around him. Most of the time he has this look of wonder on his face. His eyes dart every which way as if he is trying to soak in everything at once... he almost acts like he is running out of time because he is ever so active and he cranes his neck when he hears things. He doesn't want to miss out on anything. As grown up as he is becoming, I still love his newbornesque traits such as this:



While he is eating Crosby will tighten his little hands into fists and I hate to overuse the word cute but I gush about this to myself as he's eating, "Aw, you are so cute!" I love that he does this; it's as if he is concentrating so hard on eating and he puts his heart and soul into it!



Our dog is ready for the alleged Salt Lake storm. He may have donned his slicker for nothin' though. He is hoping for April showers.



Full moon tonight everyone! If it weren't so wintery here in Utah still we would go out to see it for a while but we'll wait 'til summer for that. Hopefully we'll get a little glimpse. For those of you basking in the deliciousness of a warm climate... enjoy!
